Roudie Gustave-Omega

My name is Roudie Gustave-Omega, and I have been a licensed real estate professional since 1996. Shortly thereafter, I earned my broker’s license and have since dedicated my career to serving clients throughout the state of Florida, specializing in the residential real estate market from Miami to the Tampa area.
I take great pride in serving diverse communities. I am fluent in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, which allows me to effectively assist clients from many cultural backgrounds. Helping families achieve homeownership, sell a property, or find their dream home—especially first-time buyers—has been one of the greatest joys of my professional journey.
In addition to my real estate career, I have worked as a Spanish teacher, reading teacher, and special education teacher. These roles have deepened my commitment to service, patience, and advocacy—values I bring into every client relationship.
I am married and the proud parent of two adult children, one of whom has special needs. Through this experience, I remain closely connected to the special needs community and am passionate about continuing to support and advocate for individuals and families within this community in the years ahead.
I have also worked extensively with veterans, a cause close to my heart, as my nephew proudly serves in the military. Additionally, I bring valuable financial insight from my experience in the mortgage industry, having worked as a licensed mortgage professional for over 10 years, including more than five years as a mortgage consultant with Wells Fargo.
